I had a fantastic somatic therapy session with Claire at the Natural Therapy Centre. From the very beginning, her warm and compassionate approach made me feel completely safe, seen, and at ease. Her professional skill as a practitioner is matched only by her genuine care. This was all complemented by the beautiful, peaceful cabin where the session is held. It's a silent partner in the healing process—a serene and perfect environment that allows you to fully let go. I left feeling lighter and filled with a renewed sense of hope. Today was my 3rd visit to Claire at the Natural Therapy Centre. I have experienced 3 different treatments; a fusion back massage, detoxification therapy & today was aroma balance therapy. All treatments were exactly what I needed at the time. Claire is very welcoming & has created a perfect environment to relax. She explained everything & made tweaks to suit my needs. She does not have a one size fits all approach, it's personal to the individual. I will be returning when the time is right & highly recommend her if you're trying to make sense of physical, mental & emotional wellbeing. Jo x

I had a wonderful, refreshing experience. Claire is professional, whilst being intuitive to a persons requirements. The space within the centre was welcoming and enabled me to relax and take time for myself. Soft music playing, a warm treatment table and soft snuggly over blanket to aid a self care treatment. Left feeling amazing. Blessed.

I have had 2 acupuncture with reflexology sessions which have both been fantastic. Claire is welcoming and knowledgeable and the treatments have been very relaxing. Would highly recommend

I had such a Great first appointment with Claire she is a super lovely person, I really enjoyed the experience of acupuncture, I felt no pain at all i felt really relaxed ☺️
