Lovely staff. Great value. Their grain free cat food is great. Cats have had it for a few years now. Wouldn't feed them anything else. 70% salmon and white fish. Noticed someone mentioned the 'aggressive' cleaning after their dog had urinated. The staff can't win. Do these people realise how other animals will go to that spot and add to it? Of course the staff have to disinfect. Love this store. Staff are helpful and I've been going for many years. Won't go anywhere else.

Went in for the first time with our 2 small dogs to pick some coats for them but not realising billy had peed whilst we were looking at the coats . the older store assistant was straight over to tell us what he'd done then spent the next 15mins with a mop and a bucket + disinfectant cleaning up a bit of pee right next to us . Over the top and I think she went over the top to try to make us feel guilty . it did make us feel uncomfortable and not welcome so we left and definitely won't be going back 👎. Went to pets at home and bought the coats 👍. at least they have pardon the pun "jolly" staff 👍

Jolleys have a big selection of pet food with good advice. I loved the large variety of coats/hoodies for dogs, (there really are some super cute ones! ) I noticed the dog stuff were downstairs and cat items upstairs. Jolleys are opening a dog clinic soon too. I purchased dog food and treats (buy 2 get one free) I was given a 15% off voucher to use in Jan and then one in Feb which is nice saving if buying in bulk. I would recommend Jolleys for all your pet needs. Dogs are welcome!

Great friendly helpful staff, nothing too much trouble and always smiling, especially little Molly with the Pink hair, she’s the best! Date of experience: 22 June 2024
