I’ve been going to Gillian for a couple of months due to chronic back pain. When I first went she assessed my alignment and have since been going for Bowen therapy. Since starting this I haven’t had one flare up with my back it’s been amazing!! I went today just with a bit of a stiff and sore neck and shoulder, I walked out pain free. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Before I saw Gilly I was struggling with stress and pain and stiffness in my leg and foot which was severely injured in road traffic accident. Regular sessions has help me carve out some down time from my busy life and helps me relax. Gilly's massage's make a big difference to my pain levels and reduces stiffness in my foot and leg. I'm always feeling worse if I miss sessions. Gilly is always professional, makes me feel at ease and creates a relaxing space in her sessions. Gill is a very competent and effective therapist. I have struggled for many years with Chronic fatigue and physical pain. I've mainly had Bowen Therapy with Gill, with occasional Reflexology and some subtle 3nergy work. She has a wealth of experience with many therapeutic techniques, which she draws upon when needed. The pain levels I was experiencing, particularly in my lower back have lessened, and I feel less tired and more uplifted. Gill has also been able to hold space for me, supporting me through some intense emotional releases. I feel very safe with her, and she always makes sure the process is complete and that I feel good before I leave. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely would recommend for anyone looking for a massage and tight muscles. Great communication skills and lovely to chat too would highly recommend.

When I initially went to see Gill my knee was swollen, difficult to straighten and painful.This was impacting on my job and lifestyle in general, limiting activities I had always previously enjoyed.
