Bought from this company a few times. Very happy each time. Good variety of products on the website and always arrived swiftly. Surprised they aren't rate higher. They should push customers to leave reviews more as the ratings on here does not reflect the service and products.

Dreadful customer services First impressions mean a lot to me. I ordered x 5 packets and received one item. Then mohamed said it was a human error thinking I wouldn't weigh the herbs, then he said he would refund and never did Stear well clear of mohameds shop. Steven L

Ordered from here and then they marked the order as no longer needed? I’ve contacted them by email with no response and not received a refund either. (Reply to comment below) The delivery company got in touch to say that the sender missed out information on the package and shopkeepers must refuse without this being included. So it wasn’t me that missed it, delivery company informed me it’s the senders responsibility.

Such a shame but the jar lid and seal where both of the jar when I opened my box of Extra Strong Red Saffron 3gms. It was all lose in the box, so not sure whether it is safe to use. I'm sure this is not your normal service and this was a 1 off.
