We met Mr tariq, I was told he would charge £70 however he charged me £250.There are a lot of hidden charges which we were not told until we had to pay.Terrible experience-I would warn people not to go to him.

I met Tariq at Rosemary Douglas's Mind Body & Spirit event on 2nd February 2024. On a friend's recommendation, I had a full treatment with him. Because, thankfully, I'm not in constant pain (rather intermittent mild discomfort), I hadn't realised just how much tension was stored in my hody! Using a series of unique techniques, Tariq was able to locate and release much of this tension, creating relaxation and space - not only throughout my musculoskeletal system, but also in my mind and soul. This treatment was like nothing I'd experienced previously. It was a true mix of physical and spiritual healing, after which I felt much lighter and freer, on all levels. During the treatment, Tariq gives clear instructions on what you need to do and what you may experience. Had a massage today as struggling with back pain and poor posture. Having had a really good thorough session I felt amazing. I feel my shoulders and neck have loosened alot and I can move my head around alot more with ease. Would definitely recommend it. Thankyou

I met Tariq at an event over the weekend and was lucky enough to receive a treatment on my lower back and shoulders which he identified without me telling him. I was blown away at the ease with which he worked and the amazing results shifting back and shoulder stiffness I held for the last couple of weeks. Tariq is both a knowledgeable and passionate practitioner and one I would definitely recommend.

I first came across Tariq at the Wellbeing Festival at Imber Court in West Moseley on 15th Sept, he did a talk on Sufism and performed some healing on everyone who attended the talk which left me feeling lifted, calm and curious. I then decided to have a full treatment based on trauma and my jaw. It was an amazing experience and although the physical side of it was at times painful I breathed through it and was open to Tariq and let him work his magic as I was ready for healing amd trusted him fully. The most amazing part was the trauma healing, I felt like I was experiencing complete unconditional love which I have never felt in my life and couldn't stop laughing and then when the trauma came up and out of me to be release I cried my eyes out and some thoughts from my childhood I have never considered before popped into my head which clearly made me sad hence the crying but it felt so good to release it and am now moving forward to continue healing my trauma. I could feel myself healing in the middle of the night for 3 nights following the treatment and have since experienced some real positivity. The work on my jaw was excruciating and I came away with a jaw guard which am gradually increasing the length of time I wear it and hope this continues to help me. I have better range opening my jaw now and also the work Tariq did on my back has also given me better range with my upper body so thank you so much for your healing Tariq and I hope our paths cross again some time.

Ended up having a full body treatment, due to the variety and depth of my issues at your visit to Whitby yesterday. It immediately resolved a pain in my left hip that occurred whenever I went walking, (after a fall I had last year). Body feels a bit sore today, but would certainly recommend anybody ask for a consultation to discuss suitable treatments available. Thank you.
