Lancashire Bowen Therapy

I had a Bowen Therapy session yesterday evening and I’m still feeling the incredible effects today. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. Brett was professional, intuitive, and clearly very skilled. The treatment itself was gentle yet powerful - I could feel my body responding almost immediately. I woke up this morning feeling lighter, more aligned, and with noticeably reduced tension in areas that have been bothering me for ages. It’s amazing how such subtle movements can create such profound shifts. I’m genuinely impressed and grateful for the care and expertise I received. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a holistic, non-invasive way to support their body’s healing. I’ve already booked again for next week!

My husband and I had the double session and it was amazing. I had previously had Bowen Therapy but my husband hadn't and we were out at ease by Brett as soon as we arrived. It was all very calm and relaxing and my back and jaw definitely felt the benefit that night and the day after. My husband found it that relaxing he fell asleep in the session and had a great night's sleep that night!! We will definitely be booking in for further sessions.

I was sceptical at first but willing to try anything with the amount of pain I live in day to day. Being incredibly stiff is something else I struggle with, I left my first session and put on my shoes with ease which I haven't done for a long time. Don't get me wrong, it's not a magical fix for everything but I can certainly feel improvements in myself and hopefully this will continue to improve with more sessions. Brett was very warm and welcoming and has a lovely room set up.
