Best thing I've ever done. At first I was nervous to do contrast therapy but my mind was set at ease with Ric's phone consultation. He gave me a roadmap and answered all my questions. When I did the contrast therapy, I was guided through and slowly eased out of my comfort zone. It was the best thing I have ever done. At the end, I felt joy that I had pushed what I thought was my limit. I will definitely be booking again.

I started doing cold water therapy with Ric as I injured my knee last year and was looking for a way to reduce my inflammation I now visit Ric once a week on average using the ice bath and the sauna I was super nervous at the beginning but Ric makes the whole experience easy and talks you thru everything with good advice I have now done nearly ten sessions although I wouldn’t say I love it I know it works and is good for my whole body and my mental health I always sleep really well on the night I’ve done it too I particularly enjoy the hour in the sauna without my phone as it gives me time to think and be present if you are considering adding regular cold and hot therapy to your life Ric is the person to discuss things with I highly recommend

Great first session at Hart Health. I’d done some plunging at home in the past but nothing compared to this with these facilities along with the saunas, it’s a game changer. I can feel some benefit even after one session. Ric very friendly and professional and had given me a clear plan for progression, which works for me. I am looking forward to continuing my contrast therapy journey.

Ric is a really knowledgable guy having studied contrast therapy to complement his own experience of using to it to invest in his own health and wellbeing. I had a great experience with Ric and felt great after some contrast therapy. Really do recommend giving it a go 👌🔥🥶
