Bath & Body Works

I put in an online pickup order because i thought it would be easier than Christmas shopping for everyone in store. I go to pick it up and one of the items i paid for was a tester! and significantly lighter than the other product alike. I do like this store but it was absolutely ridiculous to put in a tester instead of saying that particular item was out of stock.

This store was beautiful, clean and artfully managed. I would recommend this store to everyone!!!

I'm so glad there still open. Love there scents. I wish more businesses would open up in the mall. It's so sad to see it so Empty. God bless ✝️

Mariah is an absolute sweetheart and a bombshell beauty too!! I LOVE this store I have a passion for fragrance and a good deal!! The staff have been super patient with me as I am PICKY and if I get something home and don't like it it is going back to the store their return policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed!! I mean who hasn't lost their sense of smell in this store These girls are awesome! If your reading this thanks for putting up with me and my returns!

I love this store! The hand sanitizers are not only the best smelling but so many options w/scents and textures from quick drying sprays to gels in various sizes . I'm pretty sure my daughter is now in love with this place as well.

My husband & I always loved B&B Works. It’s the only place we bought Cologne, Lotion, Shower Gel, etc.. However, Christmas 2022, my Husband bought me a gift card, and I tried ordering online. What a nightmare that has been. B&B Works and FEDEX say my packages were delivered January 18th, and I still have not seen them Whenever I have tried contacting B&B Works, there’s no Representative available. When I finally got one, they told me it was the U.K. Both B&B Works and FEDEX told me to look in the bushes and anywhere else outside. I looked outside and don’t have any bushes or trees. Why do I have to look outside in bushes for my order I paid for? So, I never received my packages. So, my Husband’s Christmas Gift was ruined and NO ONE seemed concerned or was helpful whatsoever. Needless to say, we’re no longer B&B Works Customers and whenever I order anything, I make sure FEDEX is not the Carrier. - Former Loyal Bath & Body Works Customer A May, 2023

As a previous retail manager I can say the staff is pushy. The manager is rude & thinks or makes you feel as though she is superior to others. I shopped at the Moscow store on a weekly basis. I would rather drive there than shop at her store.

There is a gentleman that works at this store that is SO helpful!!! I cannot even explain how much he tried to help me do a return when I had a ton of stuff and the system would not allow me to (oops i did too many returns during the semi annual sale but i get overwhelmed and my sense of smell gets all messed up and i just start grabbing stuff then i hate it when i get home) anyway he tried really really hard to help me and went above and beyond he always remembers me and bath and body works is very lucky to have him working for them! Mariah (I think thats her name) as well!
