Robin was great ! Took me in short notice. Got my deer back way before I expected. With way more meat than I expected anyone to be able to get off of it. It was portioned great. I will go back every year.

Called a couple months ago to get a pig butchered. Was told I was on the waiting list & it would be about 3-4 weeks. Never received any form of communication. I called again. Was told I would receive a call back from the actual butcher. Never did.

In October of 2020, We were able to get two steers in immediately for butchering. 2021 has been a little more challenging as they have been swamped with deer and elk. Finally got one steer in Dec 1st hopefully the 2nd on soon.

We have always received excellent service from 1000 Hills. They have very quick turn around times and the pricing is reasonable. They have the best breakfast sausage of any place I have used.
