Great place to design your kitchen or bathroom. Great quality cabinets for the price. This is my second time ordering cabinets from them. Definitely Great prices. Buyer be warned......after you make a purchase here, they WILL NOT refund you even if you are not happy with the product you paid for. The floating shelves are cheaply made and will not sit level with the brackets they came with. I am gravely disappointed with the quality of these shelves.

I’m a contractor and and have been in construction industry for 25+ years. Builders Supply has been my go-to for all my Interior and exterior construction needs. It is always a pleasure dealing with the guys there. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and have a laid-back yet professional approach to doing business. I have never had a problem with returns or warranties on any of their products -which is not very often and they have always been very easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reasonable prices on quality products.

Very frustrating experience I had at the store. I own part of the mistake which I was willing to eat but having limited flexibility on the stores end is frustrating. My wife and I accidentally ordered the wrong size vanity. Issue I had with this is that we had the measurements when going into the store it’s just that as a consumer I didn’t double check the size of the vanity that I was ordering but would have hoped that the store would have asked further questions to make sure they had those measurements. Again I own that mistake and offered to eat 50% of the cost of the order. This would allow the store to resell a standard sized vanity. However the only option that was given was that I could order a new one that would be slightly above their cost and that I would need to take the original one I ordered. What’s more frustrating is that I kept being told that my order was custom but they would also say that it’s a standard vanity. They then said it’s custom because of the color however on their floor they had that exact same color vanity so I am not sure how crazy custom my order is. I understand the company needs to have profit but I thought I was very reasonable by offering to eat 50% of it and they would get to keep it and just use my portion as a restocking fee. Below is the picture of the vanity they had on the floor that is the exact same same color vanity I ordered. As a consumer if you use them please make sure that you triple check your measurements because small mistakes can cost you a lot of money and the store is very limited in how they will help.

Our sales person was very helpful. They greeted us promptly and gave us the lay of the land. Our sales guy would disappear at times my husband and I would be discussing specifics but reappear when we had questions or needed something. There were many options of vanities and counter tops to view in person. Several in stock options and others special order. We were able to take home the cabinet and sink day of and our counter will be ready in approximately 2 weeks.

I had previously left a poor review regarding my first experience. Unlike most businesses today, Builders Supply Outlet actually took the time to call and talk with me directly. I appreciated the follow through from sales rep Charles White. First impressions are not everything so I will continue to work with them as I can for my projects.

I gotta tell ya as a General Contractor in chicago specifically there's a ton of old historic buildings with low basement ceilings at 7ft. I searched high and low for a manufacturer to build custom doors at a reasonable price. I am thrilled to find builder supply outlet. Unmatched prices that doesn't even come close to the quality of their products. I love this place and I've already begun telling my GC buddies. Shout out to Dan you're the man. I will post some photos later when my project is complete. :UPDATE 8.29.24 I'm back to add the finished door installation. Doors supplied from Builder supply. The clients love everything. Kyle was great. He knew what he was talking about, didn't try to push through a sale, and was very helpful start to finish. He and his coworker even helped find the best way to load the box of shower walls into my vehicle so we didn't have to come back to get it later. Give them a look before buying elsewhere. Their pricing was better than the big box stores as well.
