Value City Furniture Clearance Center

Had an amazing experience at Value City Outlet Clearance Center thanks to Mike! He had the biggest Afro and the friendliest smile. I must’ve walked around 10 times and he was patient the whole time — no pressure, no rush. He even plugged in my sofa and showed me all the features. Young but on point with his sales game. Ask for Mike — you won’t regret it!

Tim was the absolute best! Super helpful, fully explained everything! My wife and I left so great leaving with our brand new living room set. Thanks again Tim!

Leila was great! Our experience shopping for our new sofa was so awesome with her winsome attitude and knowledge about the product. Keep up the good work!

Laila was so very nice and approachable! They were so easy to work with. I definitely recommend coming here.

Mike our sales rep was super attentive and kind and very helpful with our purchase! Would definitely recommend this store and Mike!

Stopped in on a whim to compare the store to the standard store. Tim helped us out and was fantastic. He had the exact couch we were looking for in stock, and was able to get us a great deal. Very accommodating! Great experience, would recommend!

Tim was awesome, didn’t bother me. He let me browse and came to check up here and there to see if we had any questions. Great place and amazing pricing. Thanks Tim !

I recently had an outstanding experience with Bryan and Tim with Value city Furniture! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I was on the hunt for a new couch, and they took the time to understand my style preferences and budget. They guided me through a variety of options, highlighting their best deals without any pressure. I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful couch that perfectly matched my living room decor at a fantastic price! The checkout process was smooth, and they even offered delivery options that worked with my schedule. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone in search of great furniture at unbeatable prices. Their friendly service and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart!

I had a great experience today! The sales associate Tim was very helpful and genuinely nice. He answered all my questions and made the process smooth and stress-free. Definitely appreciate the great customer service!

We always have such a great experience at the Value City Furniture Distribution Center! The customer service is outstanding — all the staff, especially Tim and Brian were not only friendly but also very knowledgeable and willing to help us find exactly what we needed! We were able to furnish much of our house and got everything for at least 50% off compared to retail prices. The quality of the furniture is excellent, many times brand new, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything looks in our home. We love coming back here every couple weeks seeing what new items they have in stock! Highly recommend Value City Furniture to anyone looking for great deals, quality pieces, and exceptional service!

Nice selection of couches, sectionals, recliners, accent chairs, pillows, at really good prices compared to the regular store. Lots of one off pieces for really cheap if you can make use of them. All the workers are really easy to work with and helpful. Definitely worth a stop before buying somewhere else.
