absolutely horrible customer service and deceptive signs! I was very excited because my friend had told me hobby lobby was having a sale on yarn and crochet thread, she had been there and gotten her stuff on sale, all of it was 30% off... I went up, and yes, the signs are up all over the yarn and crochet thread area advertising the 30% off! I get to the front to check out and SURPRISE! it's NOT 30% off despite the fact that I showed them that their signs say 30% off! They were absolutely horrible to me and argued with me, REFUSING to honor their own sale! I even called the manager and he had a bad attitude just like the staff at the checkout! Photos advertising the sale included.

2 stars because the Christmas stuff they had left over for sale was broken. Why would they sell broken items? I should have took pictures for this review. Had lots of empty aisles and I understand it's early to out spring stuff up but it was all in totes on the shelves.

Had very diverse and full floral section for anyone who's looking to get flowers for like weddings, centerpieces or just any crafts that need florals. The stock on almost all items seems to be fairly well stocked been at something you don't see at every hobby lobby.

They have great weekly sales always changing to get what you need at a deal! The store is easy to navigate and very organized. I love going to this hobby lobby! This week they had multiple sales and one of them was on paints and painting tools. I got a set of 48 paints and new brushes for 40% off. I’ve also gotten a custom picture frame for a poster it was very quick and that a good price. Always look on their website before you go shopping to see what sales they have to see what you can get for a deal!

My go-to place for hobby supplies. Also, I love the 40% off boxed models every 2 weeks. Great selection every time I stop in to look around.

Tracie at Custom Framing is AMAZING! I had to return my custom frames due to some issues. Tracie and Patty did an amazing job of fixing it and getting it back to me really quickly. I'm not sure what happened this time, but all the other orders from custom frames where Tracie helped me turned out great the first time! I think somebody else worked on these frames this time around. Thank you Tracie for your expertise and for fixing them in a timely manner. Although this was frustrating, I'm still coming back here because they do a really good job in the end!

Love going to Hobby Lobby! You can always find things at great prices and even better when you find something on clearance! They have one of the best model rocket sections around and even better than Amazon. My kids love doing rockets and definitely planning on many more visits to Hobby Lobby. If you're looking for a fun activity that the kids will love, try doing some model rockets and see them light up with excitement. Highly recommend Hobby Lobby to anyone interested in great items!

Silvia at the Lombard location would not price match us for an essential oil that we just purchased at the hobby lobby in downers grove on the same day. Same exact product, we showed her the receipt and the item with the tag and she would not honor it. However her employee let us know that they do price match but was not able to price match us due to Silvia. I’m very disappointed since I am currently using this store for most of my wedding needs and I’m in and out of the store multiple times a week. I will no longer visit this location closest to me. Poor customer service and false advertisement.
