Ordered oatmilk latte and got a sad, curdled bitter wattery mess. The lady (Candice) at the counter was so rude even as she was taking orders. It was almost like she didn't want to see us! When I told her that the latte didn't taste right, she was so annoyed and yelled at us! The guy who made the beverage was nice though. Never were we ever treated so poorly! Waste of money!

Every time I come to this location it’s a problem. This morning I order on the app no different then I do from other locations. Same drink same sandwich. My sandwich was cold. The whole thing. My drink was not to my liking. Did not taste how other locations do even though I don’t change a thing. Wasted my money. U can see cheese not even melted.

Food was disgusting. So salty and seemed like old oil used on the food. The coffee was soo sweet for no reason. Threw away the food because it was so bad

Every single thing I ordered from Dunkin on Whitestown Pkwy was inedible. Seriously should be shut down by health department. Everything was old/stale and gross. I feel sick. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE EVER

Very slow service in drive through. Ordered in the app and used drive through to pick up. From the point when we arrived to the end of the car line, it took 20 minutes for us to get 5 donuts, nothing else. Donuts were not great either.

Place is gross. The bag my food came in was covered in food. I waited 30 minutes for my drink, which wasn’t correct. The only good part of my experience was they corrected their mistake and got me the right drink. I’ll give it to them. They were busy, but every other customer that was in the store with me had nearly the same experience. Nobody was getting what they ordered in a timely manner or parts of the order were missing. People were having to check on their orders constantly. Very poor management, the employees seemed to have no direction. Felt like tasks had nobody responsible for them so things continued to fall through the cracks. This left the manager running around to put out fires. This is never good for the employees or the customers. The energy in the story was very negative. I’ve come to this location several dozens of times. It’s always been slow but today was a mess. Left a bad taste in my mouth for Dunkin’.

There is no sense or urgency or care at this location, they don’t have anything in stock, and my drink was filled to the top with ice. Not even being dramatic. To the top.

I arrived at this location at about 4-5 mins before closing, and was told by the staff there that they were closed. It's unfortunate that the stores advertised hours are not honored.
