(First order) Super easy website with lots of grate value tropical/house plants and some really rare gems too without the super inflated prices..Fast dispatch, grate packaging, all plant arrived undamaged and lots with new growth starting..Will definitely be ordering again soon.. Ps also grabbed a beautiful monstera Thai con with 2 beautiful leaves and a new one well on the way for JUST £15.99!!! Been wanting one for years but wasn’t willing to pay the ridiculous money everywhere wants for them so a massive thank you to Grow Tropicals and keep doing what your doing and you have a customer for life :)

I bought two plants from GrowTropicals (first time buyer) and was absolutely delighted with both. They both arrived (quickly and very well packaged) in beautiful condition and full of new growth. They cost considerably less than some other online plant companies and the postage was incredibly reasonable - I live in the Scottish Highlands so I'm used to exorbitant P&P. Hands down, this company is the best online houseplant seller I've used and I can't recommend highly enough.

Beautifully packaged to protect the plants. My only gripe is that the Monstera arrived with a very damaged bright green new leaf. Still, happy with the order and the other two plants look lovely and healthy. Part of my order was not sent, but refunded, as the company weren’t happy with the quality of the item. Shame as I needed the order but love the attention to detail and care shown. Thank you!

I ordered the Thai constellation Monstera and the white wizard Philodendron in very small 6cm sizes as I wanted to grow them from babies to put in the work. The variegation I received on these was absolutely stunning and I am beyond happy with them. They were packaged very safely and securely and I will certainly order again in the future. It's also been a few weeks since I received them and they're thriving.

After having bad experience with ordering plants online in the past, I swore I’d never do it again. I decided to give Grow Tropicals a chance as they had some plants I wanted that I’d never seen in High Street retailers or garden centres. I needn’t have worried. I received them the following day, and the plants were exceptional quality. The care taken with the packaging was unbelievable.

I've been on the hunt for a specific rare plant for months, and I finally found it at GrowTropicals. I was a bit nervous about shipping a live plant, but my worries were completely unfounded. The unboxing experience was fantastic; each plant was meticulously wrapped to protect its leaves and roots. The soil was still moist, and the plants looked incredibly robust and healthy. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail. It's clear that these plants are cared for by people who are passionate about what they do. Thank you, GrowTropicals for making my plant collecting journey so much more exciting

It's my first time ordering plants online and I am not overly convinced. Which is a shame and a blessing I guess, as I had already lined up ordering an unimaginable amount of plants! I have been wanting a Thai constellation for such a long time and it was such a great price. However it arrived with one of its leaves browning and was very very wet, which I presumed to be the problem but now every leaf is browning and I don't think this little guy is going to make it. Hoping it is root rot rather than any disease. I wasn't too fond of the marks on my begonia leaves either, luckily all new plants go into isolation as this is looking to be powdery mildew. There is always a risk when purchasing new plants of introducing disease and pests but I expect higher standards from a specialised plant shop. Like I said it's a shame, the website and range of plants is fantastic and I had a brief convo with a customer service prior to my plants arriving and they seemed fab. The plants arrived well packaged and my other little guy looks fine and they have great reviews but unfortunately this time, it didn't quite hit the standard I expect.
