I had a deep tissue massage with Emily, and as a fellow masseuse I can highly recommend her style of massage. Pre-consultation was thorough, her technique is incredibly relaxing and yet very efficient at removing knots and overall tension. I honestly couldn't believe how much she could fit into one hour! Will definitely be coming back for more!

I've been coming to early morning pilates classes with Megan for several weeks now and really enjoying them! She's a great instructor, gives clear instructions and makes sure to remind us of little things to pay attention to. She's really encouraging and gives individual attention. I feel like I get a lot out of these workouts, and they're at a great time for me to fit in before getting to work on time too.

I had never heard of Bowen before but gave it a try to treat a chronic pain condition, keeping an open mind. After just 2 sessions I have been virtually pain free. My associated anxiety levels have also significantly fallen. Olivia certainly knows what she is doing and she is such a lovely person! I recommend her 1000%!!

I’ve been interested in learning more about hatha yoga, so it was great to see it as one of the practices offered at the studio. Sally didn’t disappoint bringing together her focus and intention of creating a class which brought together breath and movement, whilst removing the striving that can sometimes get tangled up with physical asanas. Good alignment cues and ending class with two lines of verse which completed a well rounded practice.

Every teacher I have had here was fantastic, so I would definitely recommend!! For me there is only one issue. Sometimes classes are too packed. 10 or 11 in a class mean you have to be mindful of where others are every time you stretch your arms out and sometimes you are so close to the wall you cannot stretch them. Also, class numbers vary weekly in every sessions, so you never know how many of you will be there. Also, I really would not recommend at all the workshop passes. This was disappointing. It's a pass for 5 workshops to be used up in 3 months, but half of the workshops offered are not bookable with the pass, so this is not value for money (unlike the class pass, which is good value for money).

My friend gifted me a wonderful pregnancy massage with Mel (Mal?) which was heaven and exactly what my achy muscles needed! So many pregnancy massages are just slightly changed ordinary massages lying on your side and very soft but this felt genuinely targeted towards my specific needs, there was a lovely pregnancy pillow so I was completely comfortable throughout. Ended with an amazing scalp massage, would go back every week if I could! Thank you!
