If I were to describe my experience at this store in three words, it would be "life changing tea". I suffer from mild asthma & have allergies, so I struggle to sleep at night & constantly cough throughout the evening. My mother purchased the 'lung support' tea blend for me in Ridley road market. I was skeptical as of whether it'd be beneficial initially. When I tried the blend (which my mother prepared for me), I instantly felt relief. I coughed 95% less, breathed a lot easier and felt a lot better, it had a substantial impact on my quality of life. The prices are affordable too - 100g for £10; you get a lot of cups from this too. Definitely worth looking into/purchasing for yourself/a person that you know with a struggling respitory system. Would be a nice Christmas gift too, as being able to breathe well and comfortably is such a blessing. My brother was unwell & had difficulty breathing - he drank the tea and said "it activated my third lung" lool. I hope that you give this store, at least this blend a chance if you think that you may benefit from it. Thanks to the kind lady Yaya who gave me some helpful advice in store. I love this shop! It’s such an asset - so reasonably priced and amazing quality. A lot of the herbs are organic! Everyone in the shop is qualified and always happy to help me with what I am looking for!

This place is a haven for all things healing, Stephanie is such a kind patient woman and took everything I said into account and made me an incredible tincture specifically for my skin concerns. The black seed oil and calendula oil is the skin elixir I’ve been searching for. This shop has such a positive energy and has everything you need to naturally heal.

I bought some items wanted some advice the mix race lady with orange hair was rather blunt and rude, the products she recommended didn't really do the job at all, they need to do better with being attentive with customers needs and having a pleasant persona as it put me off coming back to this shop. FIRST IMPRESSION COUNTS!

After a communicative issue. I've purchased a herbal smoke blend that was unusable. Hair fibres that burn bizarrely and as I've got about halfway through I've had to not touch it. The whole bottom of the packet of full of hair. Burns with a hair scent and then found hair in the mix. Tried picking it out before I realised only the top of my packet was fresh by the looks of it. Definitely looking elsewhere as they don't take what's about to be smoked seriously enough to not allow contamination. A star for effort.

Stefany was really attentive as well as knowledgeable about each and every herb I enquired about. 10/10 customer service, I’ll most definitely be returning and attending their future workshops!

Did a big order of £175 2 products came leaking contacted to have products replaced never heard back after sending photos of products and bottles not full due to leakage. Not a happy

I really like this shop, it feels like home ❤️ The staff know their herbs and body systems which is always a bonus, I appreciate the customer service and wisdom shared with their naturopathic and herbalist knowledge. They have a brilliant range of herbs, tinctures and blends. The shop smells gorgeous like nature. If you are into your herbs I think you will love it. The prices are good and I will be going back, thank you 🌿
