I can't recommend Debbie highly enough! Natural Healing really is the credo. After the initial assessment, Debbie had some insight and already gave me great tips. A hair tissue mineral analysis confirmed Debbie's first findings and added so much more information about what my body needed. Based on these results, Debbie put together a personalised plan of supplements to help my body heal and some nifty nutritional tips, which were fun and very realistic to implement into daily life. Like so many who have left reviews, I can't thank Debbie enough!

I found Debbie online after 2 failed IVF cycles and almost 3 years of trying to conceive with unexplained infertility and I am so glad I did! Even though my Partner and I were in good health and had made significant changes to our diet, lifestyle and stress levels already we were interested in the nutritional therapy and reflexology Debbie offered. The nutritional therapy advice provided us with an overview of our health and Debbie helped us find opportunities to improve this even further. I found reflexology with Debbie even more relaxing than acupuncture and looked forward to each session. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and can't thank Debbie enough for all her warmth, support and compassion during what was a very challenging time in our lives as well as her knowledgeable advice and calming influence.

After two years of struggling to conceive I visited Debbie for fertility help. The reflexology paired with Debbie’s expertise were excellent. Every week I looked forward to my appointment which left me feeling like I was floating on air. After six sessions my period pain and bloating had disappeared, I felt much better in myself and a lot more relaxed. To top it all off, this week I found out I was pregnant. In January I booked an appointment with Debbie for a screening. I had been feeling really out of control of my health, I was losing clumps of hair, no energy and had developed eye eczema which is something I have never had an issue with before. No matter what I tried or how many doctors app's I attended it just wasn't getting better. At my screening appointment I was really impressed with how much Debbie actually tests, so much came up that my GP hadn't been able to highlight. Debbie gave me some recommendations there and then so I could get started on addressing my symptoms. I then booked a nutritional therapy app with her a few weeks later to discuss how the initial recommendations had gone and give me a better idea of what food I needed to be eating to better my health. 3 months later I came for a follow up screening and I had already made so many improvements. 6 months on, my eczema has completely gone and my energy levels are back to normal, as well as the added benefit of my hormones feeling balanced. Debbie was great throughout, always there to answer my questions and support me however she could. I couldn't recommend her more!

Having spent 3yrs trying to fix a digestive issue I decided to search the web for a more natural healing process & came across Debbie’s page & decided to book some screening tests. This was back in August & after identifying a number of areas out of optimal performance, I am happy to say I am recovering steadily & feeling much more energised & positive going forwards. I met Debbie after over a year of trying to conceive. It took us a further 1.5 years to get pregnant, with a number of ups & downs along the way but Debbie has just been an absolute rock during that whole time. She has helped me stay positive, relentlessly looked for things I can improve through nutrient, wellbeing, tests (we got diagnosed with “unexplained fertility”), while also helping me accept the things we can’t control and to have faith it would happen. Debbie & I ultimately looked at a mineral test that really helped us to take a targeted approach to my nutrition before myself & my husband were going to resort to IVF. This time we (Debbie!!) really took a hardline on what I was eating & as a consequence I made some of the biggest changes to my diet, focusing on high quality food & the impact on my body. I also drastically cut back dairy and started taking a number of supplements to boost specific minerals & aid my body’s digestion of them. A few weeks after starting this healthier way of eating I unfortunately got my period but I noticed I had barely any cramps, when previously I would have. I really stayed focused on what myself & my husband were eating and continued to see Debbie for my regular reflexology sessions! On New Years Eve, I thought I was getting my period again but took a test nearly out of habit & was shocked to find out we were pregnant!! After so long trying, month after month, this was a very surreal experience and one of the first people I told was Debbie as I honestly don’t think we could have got here, or stayed positive without her steadfast & relentless support. Debbie takes a genuine interest, is inquisitive, extremely knowledgeable & is like a dog with a bone trying to get to the bottom of things! She is also extremely kind & I have learnt a lot from her as a person. I have never understood my body better, been as focused on my health, appreciated how what I eat impacts my body & mind or fully understood the benefit of taking a regular hour to myself to do reflexology. I feel like I’m a much stronger individual, physically & emotionally, and feel extremely grateful to now be pregnant and to Debbie for her key role in helping us get here! Not only do I credit her with helping us get pregnant, I feel the journey we’ve been on has helped us prepare physically & mentally for the next stage. I’m now 14 weeks pregnant & I am really looking forward to continue working with Debbie to support a healthy pregnancy & baby!
