I've had terrible hayfever since my teens and I was prescribed nasal spray, eye drops and antihistamine tablets which never worked. Every year my eyes would be on fire with itchiness, nose running and sneezing all over the place. I just got used to summer being the time where I felt I had a constant cold and I constantly felt lethargic with it. Sitting in the garden and being outdoors in the beautiful weather was becoming unbearable at times.
