Absolutely amazing experience! Lisa customer service 10/10 – Lisa who work there are so lovely and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable, making it great value for money. All stars for Lisa⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited for a massage yesterday and had an absolutely amazing experience with lisa She is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Her technique was superb — not only did she provide complete stress relief, but the pain I had been dealing with is now completely gone. Lisa has a warm, pleasant personality and makes you feel comfortable right away. She’s professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and truly impressed. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommended!

Lisa is just Amazing, I had never had a massage before and I was a bit nervous beforehand, there was no need to be Lisa put me at ease right away. She asked questions to find out my problem areas if any. I had lots she then explained the routine to me and left me in private to change. The massage was fabulous she got every knot out of my shoulders and back and made my whole body feel relaxed and not tense and tight like it was when I arrived! I left like I was floating fully relaxed and have already returned for another as she really does make a difference to your body and your mindset I can’t recommend Lisa enough she is outstanding at what she does! Can’t wait for my next visit And she also have really good sense of humor 1000000 star ⭐ for Lisa

I’m have 4 hand massages Lisa is stand out by far she very professional and knowlegable! Lisa performing the massage was able to identify my specific muscle problems and fix them quickly with plenty of pressure. Lisa knows what is needed. This is not a standard "follow a pattern" massage where you still feel the pain, this is the real deal! Highly recommended! Lisa really calm, nice and gentle will manner she asked me on to the massage if I OK and happy Lisa also very intelligent. I feel like I can talk to her about everything. Next time I’m visiting Manchester I will book only Lisa 😊🌟🌟🌟🌟

Da is an amazing lady she took off all my shoulder pain .that 30 minutes massage was wholesome. It was very relaxing and worthwhile. Definitely going back

I am visit Lisa today with recommendation from my brother. I am from USA on holiday in England. Lisa is the best by far. She very nice lady really professional very good manner will speak English. I am l Recommended it to everyone Next time I visit UK, I will be back again

Very unprofessional service. I booked a 12:30pm appointment over the phone, and it was confirmed. However, when I arrived, I was told they were busy and that I would need to come back at 1pm. I wasn’t even offered a seat while I waited, and no one apologised for the inconvenience. When I returned at 1pm for a full-body massage, I was told the price was £40, even though I had been quoted £25 over the phone. When I mentioned this, one of the staff members — in front of two or three others — started laughing and mocking me, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The only positive was the therapist herself, who was polite and professional throughout. Unfortunately, the overall experience at reception completely ruined it for me. I won’t be returning.
