This is the only place I go to. They always have amazing music playing and there's a rewards program. I don't know any other place that does that. That certainly comes in handy when money is short . The staff as a whole is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Wow what a great experience. Friendly greeting at the check point before entering and helpful counter help. Their prices and options are amazing. It's now my new favorite place to go when in the area

In my opinion, this is the only dispensary in the area to go to. They have a a rewards program that is unbeatable. It seems like every time I go I have points to use. The staff is super friendly as well, which is such a perk since I’ve been to others where they don’t even crack a smile.

All employees do outstanding job they all make you feel welcome and take the time to help but Darren may I say does outstanding treats me and makes me feel welcome and a lot of other customers with respect give that man a raise but I love the nature remedy team keep up with the excellent performance you guys are amazing I highly recommend anyone to shop here and I’m picky 🤣🤣🤣🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Update: I've been going here for my believe years now and I've never had an unpleasant experience with the staff. As a business owner I am astonished at how well this is managed how well they retain their staff and how happy their staff are at their jobs. I have no idea who manages this place but the standards they set are being followed and they are impressive. Kudos mystery manager Great staff. Great prices....

Pointed to what I wanted on the menu, employee gave me wrong item, I went right back inside and they wouldn't take it back and give me what I asked for instead blaming me for not specifying when I pointed to the exact item on the menu with weight and price. Told me the best they could do is offer me 10% off of something else when it was their error. Absolute garbage customer service Edit: As you can see the company asked me to reach out to them. I did so and after having established I wasn't part of their rewards members program they ghosted me and left the issue unresolved. Once again, garbage customer service
