This was a fantastic shop. Staff was friendly and helpful. The items for sale were unique, high quality and reasonably priced. I purchased a mermaid necklace with matching earrings and my son bought a scrimshaw piece. We are very pleased with our souvenirs.

I stopped by in the morning as I fell in love with a piece in the window. The employee was with a customer but would not acknowledge me or tell me she would be with me later. I had my family outside so I waited a few minutes then decided to come back later. A different employee was working later and on her cell phone completely ignoring me. Just acknowledging a customer goes a LONG way. I decided I will not be a customer of theirs and will continue to always buy Jewelry at the Gold Mine in Saint Ignace as they respect customers and I buy every year.
