I really appreciate the location of the shop just the way it sets up there on that little kind of hill. Just makes it easy and enjoyable for me. And the service I received was very thorough and complete. They will see me again on that date they put on my window. Thank you victory Lane we appreciate you guys.

I had my oil changed here yesterday and they did a great job. Both the technicians were fantastic. Very thorough and polite. I'll go back for sure.

The Milan Victory Oil Change location has always been my favorite. The guys in there are a pleasure to be around, but they also don’t push sales or heckle for services not wanted. They ask a lot of questions and do their best to educate to keep your car in great shape. I’ll never go anywhere else for my oil changes!

Did a thorough job, was in and out quick. Staff was very friendly and did not push extras. They were offered, but didn't feel pressured.

They double check each other’s work using a system of speaking out loud. Perfect way to make you feel at ease that all of the work was completed correctly.

Great experience getting my oil changed. They explained everything, went above and beyond to fix an ongoing issue with the oil filter. Great customer service!

My low tire pressure light came on a few miles from there. It is a half of block from my house so stopped there . Both gentlemen were friendly and helpful.
