Well, hello I’m a person who’s uses the store regularly they probably get an average between 150 and $200 of my money a month whether it be gas or conveniences I will no longer be using the store. I’d like to first stay that the counter staff is incredibly friendly talented and will truly be missed. The reason for me leaving the store is because the manager was unwilling to speak with me and hid behind a no return policy. I went in on a Sunday and asked the clerk for pipe tobacco. The mail clerk was very helpful. He showed me two different options. One was a very large bag which I felt would’ve been way too much and the second bag was a much smaller one and as I was busy talking with him, I didn’t get a chance to read all the information on it After paying cash and purchasing it. I drove home and realized he sold me chewing tobacco. I returned to the store. The next day explained what I transpired. The clerk on duty was very supportive and understood and told me that they were unable to do the return that I should come back when a manager was there so I came back later in the week and did not catch the manager, but I caught the normal clerk that I do business with, and she was incredibly supportive and gave me a timeframe when to expect the manager, so I came back in on Monday during the time when the manager would be there looking to have a conversation about how this transpired. The manager by the name of bree from what I’m told would not come out from their room and speak with Me just told her assistant manager that there would be no returns. I feel this is a very poor business model to not have a face-to-face conversation with a customer who was being civil kind and just wanted to be heard. I feel this is a poor leadership model even if the outcome would’ve been not returned I would be willing to accept that and still do business there, but to be completely ignored and hidden behind a closed door where they had the power to handle the conversation and to make a judgment call to not even make that call was coward Us.

Be aware that if you don’t catch the sign they have up saying to use the cups below for your fountain drink, and use a Fosey cup or whatever they called it, right next to the fountain machine, using the same kind of plastic cup, and same size cup you will be charged $3 dollars more than the fountain drink. When you speak to the manager expect to be treated like you are an idiot for missing the sign and help you will not get. The staff on the hole at this Mobil is fantastic but being condescended to for a customer service quick fix irritated me after a long day. I am nobody to them but my $60 to $100 per week now goes to Irving across the street. Great staff, poor manager!

Recently opened business, very clean... Spic and span kind of clean, lol! Cashier was friendly and polite. Has a coffee bar and all kinds of other beverages. Also there is a Burger King located within the building. Easy off and on to route 125.

For a while, when this place first opened, the price was pretty much the same a Irving a few hundred feet away. But lately, Mobil has consistently been 3 cents higher than Irving rendering their rewards program meaningless. The pump area is roomy and clean - far better than the cramped Irving station. But 3 cents more per gallon more doesn't work for me no matter how much roomier the pumps are. UPDATE 2022 - The prices difference between this place and the Irving station across the intersection has grown to 6 cents/gallon. Both Mobil and Irving have a rewards program. Irving is by far the better deal now. UPDATE MAY 2023: The price difference between Irving and Mobil has grown to 10 cents per gallon, making Mobil a horrible buy. That difference could cost you $100 a year or more depending on how many miles you drive in a year. Add to that savings the rewards program at Irving and it's a no-brainer. If you absolutely have to have Mobil, there are other Mobil stations in Rochester and Somersworth that have much cheaper posted prices. There's a cash only one on Rt 4 in Northwood that runs about 40 cents per gallon cheaper - that's over $7 on a fill-up. UPDATE AUGUST 2023: PRICE AT THIS STATION IS NOW AS MUCH AS 30 CENTS HIGHER THAN COMPETITORS JUST A FEW MILES UP THE ROAD.

Nice new store with very friendly staff. Good options to choose from and there is a burger King located inside as well!

Looks good, price is ok. Burger King and Applegreen near by.

Just got gas there same as I always do everywhere’s else say 1.99 regular got charged 2.89 a gallon. Be aware of how much a galllon is before filling.

Always an easy get in and out. I never seem to have any trouble with my card when trying to get gas. This is a plus for me as the one I usually use works sometimes.
