I saw Katie for a 'Close the bones' ceremony, after the birth of my second child. Katie created such a wonderful space for me to process my birth and some of the trauma that came with it. While validating my emotions aurroubding the birth, she supported me to reframe my experience and celebrate the personal growth I have gained from it, as well as my journey into Motherhood. The wrapping itself was so comforting, and the smaller details that Katie brought to the session, as well as her calming and supportive demeanour, really heightened my ability to relax and feel held in the space. I would totally recommend Katie for both Cranio and Close the Bones ceremonies, and I look forward to further sessions with her in the future 😊.

After suffering from on going lower back pain I gave Cranio Chudleigh a go. Katie was warm and welcoming and filled me with confidence in her abilities. I can thoroughly recommend Katie for Cranio Therapy, she's friendly, intuitive and very gentle. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first started going to her, however I've noticed I'm calmer and cope alot better with stress. It's helped alot with my shoulder pain and with regular visits I find my sleep patterns are alot better. A session with Katie has become my necessary self care to recharge my batteries so I have enough energy for everything and everyone else in my life.
