Amazing great staff the one who helped me Gemma she was fantastic she needs super medal, she help me from start to finish came in to pick out an animal for my daughter she was super helpful, after we had chosen she helped show us what we needed and where it was in the shop and even got us a nice discount to help is get started she made me laugh when we decided to take a different animal with us too , she was very friendly and super nice It was the first time going there and would definitely come again and again, happy customer 😀

Happy up to now with Jolly’s, but not after purchasing treats yesterday. The signs 3 for 2 are not for each brand it’s for anything on the aisle. I think this is very misleading. Some of my items were 10.99 and offset against the cheapest items which were 1.99. I think this is very misleading.
