This pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The staff is extremely rude and dismissive. You would think you were at a fast-food restaurant based on how they communicate. In fact, even the employees at McDonald's are kinder and more helpful than those at this pharmacy. They are aware that they handle sensitive issues, yet they seem oblivious to any struggles, whether mental or physical. The automated prescription line informs you that your prescription is ready and even provides a specific pickup time. However, when you arrive to collect it, the medication is often not available. How does a mistake like this occur? This has been a recurring issue for me and others I know.

You never know if the drive thru is open or closed till you pull up to it. Makes it difficult for me, as I have a walking disability. I called one morning to find out and was told it was open that day, but when I got there, it was closed. I had to drive around, park out front then walk to the back of the store. Not only that, I’d received a message my script was ready, only to find out they were only able to fill a small portion (5 days worth) instead of the entire 90 supply, so I had to make a second trip.

Rude rude and rude! Not to mention slow! You can’t even fill a prescription because they are so slow they have to process it the next day for the simplest prescription! Save yourself the patience and go elsewhere. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to fill a prescription in a timely manner.

There use to be a public restroom, the last time I used it. I walked back there the door was open and no sign. After I went to the bathroom the employee was standing outside of the bathroom. She said that we aren’t allowed back here in a rude tone. I mentioned that there has always been a public restroom here and she said “there’s a lock on the door” and when I went in to use the restroom the door was open. She was very rude. I will not be going back there again. Don’t have to be so rude when it wasn’t publicly stated anywhere.

We were driving up here and had forgot to pickup a prescription back home. When we were an hour away we called the pharmacy and they were able to help fill the order. When we arrived it was ready for pickup and this was on a Sunday afternoon.

I really wish that I could give this Walgreens a better rating. There are some staff that are kind and try very hard, a lot of customers are quite rude to them when there are wait times, and I understand that they are an understaffed pharmacy serving many towns. My only complaints are that to refill a prescription is a challenge, our prescriptions are always delayed by hours and occasionally a day. Sometimes their automated system calls me to say I have prescriptions ready, when I don't, and other times I am expecting a call and get none. My suggestion is to offer your staff a customer-based incentive, morale and customer satisfaction will improve. Happy employees and dependable follow through creates satisfied customers.

Now drive 45 one way to get prescriptions due to poor customer service. Staff act like your bothering them if call with question or need assistance. It was our family pharmacy for 25 + years but rather go out of my way than feel like we are bothering someone . We won't be spending a dime there unless no choice and have to have item . Only one front staff girl that actually pleasant and had smile each time you came. Everyone local will know who it is
