After a horrible and shady experience at a competitor, we came to Grand. Dustin, our sales associate, was outstanding!! He was knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful to work with. We found the couch and two recliners we were looking for and at a very reasonable price. If your looking for furniture , Grand is the place and Dustin is your guy. Absolutely a great experience!!

This was an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish! We found exactly the right recliners and kitchen dinette that we were looking for. The showroom staff was helpful but not pushy. The 2 men delivered the furniture promptly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and great furniture at a reasonable price.

I've purchased several different pieces of furniture from Grand Furniture for near 20 years. I've ALWAYS been pleased, not only with the products and prices but with their Customer service 😀. When you enter the store you are greeted but not stalked!! I Love that!! I've purchased from Bristol and Kingsport. My most recent purchase was in Bristol, a Recliner for my husband's birthday . Such a sweet young lady, Lindsey, waited on me, took her time to explain the laz-e-boy product and let ME CHOOSE!! SO IMPORTANT. When I ask if I could come back with my husband the next day, she gave me her card with no pressure. I returned the next day and left with a Beautiful RECLINER!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRAND FURNITURE!!

I purchased a mattress from Grand two years ago and unfortunately it is coming apart around the seams. The mattress is the Grand home furnishings brand and it has a ten year warranty however when I contacted the store they stated if the mattress has any stains and is not in the plastic they do not honor the warranty. I will not purchase anything from Grand again and I will inform the better business bureau. Thanks Grand for not honoring your warranty of your products.
