Ashley Store

WOW!!! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. When I visited, the other sale people were busy with other clients but I actually prefer that so I can just walk around and see what I like. When I was ready, I approached Lucky, one of the sales reps, and he exceeded all expectations. He and the rest of the team were so accommodating, welcoming, friendly---every good word you can use! Some friends of mine had recently purchased some pieces from this store and they had a good experience, so it's clear to me this store just has great people running it. If anyone I know mentions they're looking for furniture, I know where to point them!

At first, I was so pleased, but things quickly went south. I bought a loveseat and an ottoman. When I got home, I realized the ticket said I had bought a sofa. I cannot use a sofa. It would be way too large. I understand mistakes happen, and I called back quickly and the girl I bought it from changed my ticket. I was never refunded the difference between the couch and the loveseat. Then, I received noticed that just a loveseat was coming on Saturday not my ottoman. at that point, I just wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. I called the main Ashley office and they told me that the only person that could refund my purchase was the actual store where I bought it. I called the store and they told me to call a different number. This has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered. No one wants to help me. No one wants to refund the difference between the couch and the loveseat and no one cares that an item that I have purchased is not coming on Saturday. I finally had to call my credit card company to try to stop payment. I just have a bad feeling about the entire purchase and it was an easy fix. All they have to do is cancel the order and refund my money. I finally reached a girl online today and she said this entire transaction was negligent and ridiculous, and she was going to report the entire incident to a higher up. If I don't get my money back and the order is not canceled, I will not except half of my order on Saturday. This makes me so sad because I was going back to the store to buy other items. Not now.

Our sales rep was amazing and did a fantastic job for it only being her third day on the floor! They definitely helped sort out a more complicated situation when it came to our Ashley’s card. The whole team is great and helped us pick out a great couch!

Five star experience!! Answered all my questions in detail on top of giving me extra information to fill confident in my buy! Very thankful and appreciative of their service! Highly recommend shopping with them!

Absolutely wonderful and easy shopping experience! Great salesman! Easy in and out. Would recommend to everyone! If we need something in the area again, we would come here!

Our salesperson Lawrence Lee was great to work with! He answered all of our questions and got us just exactly what we were looking for! Great customer service all around!!

I was able to find a loveseat i liked, and the store associate was helpful. He did try to sneak in expensive product insurance (that i insisted he remove) without telling me, which seems a little dishonest. Also, although I was told that the item was in-stock at the warehouse, my delivery still ended up being delayed a week because they didn't put it on the truck. I am still waiting on delivery.

Amazing experience! Lawrence (Lucky) Lee went above and beyond his duty to ensure that we had a great shopping adventure! The store manager was also very knowledgeable and helpful! Would recommend to anyone!
