Nicky Elmer Hypnotherapy

Nicky is wonderful. I've struggled with my mental health for as long as I can remember and I've never met a mental health professional who I connected with as much as Nicky. She has a lovely open style of communication and honesty that makes you feel at ease not just with her but with your own thoughts.

I went to Nicky 3 weeks ago to help me with quitting smoking. I am the first to admit that I am more than a little cynical about hypnotherapy and other holistic therapies. Well after my session with Nicky, I am now a fully-invested fan! Not only I have not smoked since, but with all of Nicky's help, I also feel calmer, more self-confident and have more energy! First of all, her cabin is a wonderful space and you instantly feel relaxed and the nerves just wash away. Nicky is professional, very understanding, not at all judgemental and extremely knowledgable. There is no magic wand and its also down to my own determination to stay a non-smoker, but if I keep using Nicky's advice, techniques and hypnosis tracks, then I know that this will happen. Thanks Nicky.

I cannot recommend Nicky enough. She is the most down to earth and understanding person I’ve met. Nicky has honestly saved my life! I was in a really bad place mentally with severe anxiety and depression, and suffering with panic attacks several times per day which affected my entire life severely. I didn’t think there was a way out of it, and a way to calm and relax my mind and thoughts, until I started sessions with Nicky. I can control my thoughts, my anxiety, depression and continue life ‘normally’ again. I cannot thank Nicky enough, and for anyone who is unsure on trying Hypnotherapy, you will not be disappointed, it’s life changing.

Excellent results as I have now stopped smoking. 3 weeks in and I have saved a fortune. Nicky has been brilliant. I went in a little sceptical about the benefits of hypnotherapy but it’s really been transformative to the way I process things and react to things which has improvement my overall mental health a lot. She is also a really approachable down to earth person to talk things through with as well. I have already recommended her to multiple people!

I honestly can't praise Nicky enough!! She is such a lovely lady and brilliant at what she does! After spending nearly 2 months off work with anxiety/depression having counselling sessions etc, I got to a point I just wanted to get better, I stumbled upon Nicky after looking up hypnotherapist local to me and I haven't looked back since, Nicky has a lovely cabin which is so calming the minute you walk in, after 1 visit to see Nicky my problems didn't seem half as big, the techniques Nicky taught me have helped massively, along with keeping in touch after our sessions offering her continued support! I’ve been using Nicky for several years now. She’s patient, has a very calming and soothing voice and just knows her stuff. I feel safe in her hands and after a session, with Nicky, I feel like I’ve been mentally reset.

Had a session with Nicky just over 2 weeks ago to stop smoking. A relaxed session, Nicky really put me at ease. And I am delighted to say that I haven't even thought about smoking since. Nicky has kept in touch all through, making sure its all going OK and offering extra help if needed. Highly recommend
